Abdullah Gül University (AGU) International Office Coordinator, Lecturer Nimet Bulut, participated in the Eurasia Higher Education Summit (EURIE), held in Istanbul between April 7–9, 2026, representing Abdullah Gül University.
At the summit, which hosted a total of 164 expert speakers and featured 52 sessions, Lecturer Nimet Bulut chaired the panel titled “Enhancing International Student Mobility Experience: Innovative and Inclusive Practices” on April 8, 2026. The panel addressed current practices aimed at improving international student mobility through more inclusive and innovative approaches.
Throughout the summit, efforts were made to establish new collaborations among higher education institutions and to strengthen existing partnerships. In this context, AGU engaged with numerous academic institutions. With participation from over 300 institutions across 60 countries and more than 2,000 attendees, the meetings held during the event provided valuable opportunities to expand the university’s global academic network and enhance strategic partnerships.
During bilateral meetings, concrete steps were taken to further advance AGU’s internationalization vision. The summit yielded significant outcomes in line with the university’s goal of becoming a more active actor on the global stage.
